Anna Chang is Chief Data Scientist and Product Technical Lead for EEHORIZON at EEPLUS, where she leads data science, GIS analytics, machine learning, and product technology initiatives for the energy sector. She has led the development of EEHORIZON, integrating geospatial applications, databases, and predictive analytics to support power system analysis and energy market decision making.

Her experience spans enterprise data engineering, ETL automation, geospatial database design, scalable application deployment, and cross functional team leadership. Anna holds an MSc in Engineering and Industrial Management from Southern Methodist University and a BSc in Software Engineering.
